1976:With love for music and passion to piano, Mr.Chen Shui Xun founded Heart One Piano Inc.and opened his first shop selling upright piano and instruments.

1987:With years of devotion to piano craftmanship, Heart One Piano Inc. had made its first handmade grand piano in Taiwan.

1993:Heart One Piano Inc.had received Taiwan Excellence Award which was the only manufacturer in the field to receive such award as to recognize its quality and contribution in the piano industry.

1997:Taking more than 20 years of experiences and skills of manufacturing pianos,Heart One Piano started to extend to refurbishing piano to bring new life to used piano.

1999:Establish recondition factory Action Trading Inc.in Vietnam and started to export refurbished piano to Eurpore and US and widely received positive feedback from customers.

2005:Expansion on 2nd factory in Vietnam to cater increasing demand of refurbished piano market.

2012:Received Japan Yamaha designated reburbished factory certifcation and which was the only one in the industry to meet strict standard of YAMAHA JP and got recognition.

2016:Had expansion on Vietnam production lines, which increased production capacity to 400 refurbished piano accomplished per month

2020:Action Trading Inc.reached a significant milestone on exporting 100,000 refurbished pianos.

2022:Make exclusive production line for recondition European pianos such as Steinway & Sons,Bosendorfer and C.Bechstein.
